How long does it take to get a response to our application?

Generally we will review your application and respond to you within 5 working days.

What types of products can I sell on the Bundled Gifts website?

We are interested in all products that make ideal gifts and the more more unique, innovative or fun the better. Our mission is to provide high quality gift products that are not mass promoted across the UK.

I/we are a business located outside of the UK. Can I still sell the products on the website?

Yes, we are happy to look at all UK and international businesses that have relevant gifting products.

If I complete the application form, am I committed to join as a partner?

Of course not! By completing the application form, it will give us the opportunity to learn more about your business and products. After we have reviewed these, we will get back in contact to discuss next steps.

Is there any annual or membership fees to sell our products on the website?

No. We do not charge an annual or membership fees to sell with us. We charge a percentage of the total order price depending on the types of products.

How do we onboard our products on the website?

Once we have agreed to list your products, we will send you an onboarding list which includes all the copy and images we will need for each product. This will include information such as product description, features, weight, target customers/season, allergen and nutritional information (if applicable), price, shipping costs etc

Do I need professional images of my products to be accepted?

Yes you will need good quality images of the products and ideally lifestyle images as well. These will help to maximise your sales.

How are orders processed?

The exact details will be discussed once we agree to list your products. In summary, once an order is placed with us, we will send the order to you for fulfilment and tracking code where appropriate.

Can you drop ship our products for us?

Depending on the products, we do offer a drop ship service for partners and this will be discussed once we have agreed to list your products.

Can you do a specific marketing promotion on our products?

Yes. Over the course of the year, we have several marketing campaigns depending on the season and products. We also provide a targeted campaign service using our specialist marketing company to promote individual products to our customers.
